Do you alter my pictures?
No - I ask that you provide duplicate copies of your
pictures (either scanned or saved on a CD or
jump/flash drive). In the case of original pictures where
you do not have duplicates, older pictures for example, or
memorabilia, I can make a copy using a high-resolution scanner
and return the originals to you with your order.

How long does it take?
That depends on: the type of keepsake you want, the number of pictures, and the
amount of detail you want in your keepsake. A standard, ten-page keepsake
scrapbook, which includes 20 sheets, could take a couple of weeks. If you want a
digital, bound, hard-cover scrapbook it may take an additional two weeks for ordering.
Also, if there are large numbers of original pictures and mementos to be scanned, that
adds to the amount of time it takes.

What about journaling?
There are several ways to approach journaling. Before beginning each design, I will
have you fill out a questionnaire with important details about the subject of your
scrapbook. If you want me to, I will do the journaling, using various fonts and
journaling embellishments. Or, I can email you a small copy of each page so that you
can tell me what you would like to say. You can also write in your own handwritting and I
can incorporate it into the page to give it your own personal touch. Have a special
poem or quote you want used...just let me know. I want you to love what I make for
you so any and all input is considered.
